On Lovett Road in the Central area of Baton Rouge, our condo is located on the second floor of this commercial building at the front of a fairly new subdivision. Ours is the one on the far right side in this image, which will have a covered balcony with two sets of French doors looking out on this beautiful oak tree! Two bed, two bath; over 1850 sq feet; one of only three condos on site, with access to future subdivision pool and fitness center in the coming year! Sweet!!

This angle shows the restaurant which will be located on the far left side of the building. In addition to a courtyard on the first floor (which will also showcase live music and an oyster bar), there will also be seating upstairs. The next slot over will be a 2-story commercial spot. The right half of the building will house commercial spots, with the two condo's upstairs, and then one other condo in the rear of the building.

The builder tells us that these grounds host a Farmers Market two Saturdays each month! Can't wait to see that right outside our balcony...!
